Oversee customer operations, service levels and contractual requirements Ensure customs compliance across nominated accounts Build and maintain strong local, regional and international customer relationships Support account development, commercial growth and continuous improvement Monitor volumes, revenue, profitability and operational performance Produce and review regular customs and financial reporting Coordinate customer teams and ensure consistent processes across the wider network Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and strengthen margins Attend customer meetings both on and off site Work closely with supply chain, logistics and internal management teams Lead projects and support the development of customer solutions Contribute to team development and wider business objectives What we're looking for: We're seeking an experienced logistics professional with strong customs knowledge and the confidence to manage both people and customer relationships.
