We are recruiting for an experienced Document Controller to join a leading engineering and infrastructure contractor on a major energy project. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering, utilities or energy projects to play a key role in supporting project delivery through effective document control and information management. The position is offered on an initial 12-month contract, with a strong possibility of progressing into a permanent role based on project requirements and performance. Key Responsibilities Managing and maintaining project documentation through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Controlling document revisions, approvals and distribution workflows Maintaining accurate document registers and ensuring project information remains current Issuing drawings and project documentation to internal and external stakeholders Supporting document audits and ensuring compliance with project information management processes Attending project meetings and producing clear and accurate meeting minutes Coordinating information flow between design teams, contractors, consultants and client representatives Supporting the wider project team with document control and administrative functions Requirements Previous experience as a Document Controller within construction, engineering, infrastructure, energy or utilities projects Experience using ACC or similar document management platforms Strong understanding of document control procedures and best practice Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced project environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications What's on Offer? £19 - £22 per hour PAYE Immediate start available Long-term project opportunity Potential for permanent employment Opportunity to work on a major energy infrastructure scheme Collaborative and supportive project team environmentIf you're an experienced Document Controller looking for your next long-term opportunity within the energy and infrastructure sector, apply today for a confidential discussion.
