The ideal person will be practiced in fast paced development using their own initiative to rapidly solve problems and provide feedback to the wider cross discipline NPI team.Key responsibilitiesRapid and dynamic translation of concepts to prototypesDesign and execution of Ad Hoc tests and test equipment for product developmentCreation of specifications for new capital equipment Strategic improvements in development and testingWork with local and remote internal partners as well as 3rd party suppliers and consultantsTesting prototype and existing products using manual and automated test equipmentKey skills and qualificationsMust have:Min 5 years (post education) demonstrable experience working in a fast paced electro-mechanical R&D design and validation environmentKnowledge of electro-mechanical validation preferably flow mete testingApprenticeship or mechanical based degree with significant hands on practical experienceCompetent with typical machine shop equipmentExperience with analysis equipment and scrutinizing dataProject management & project lead experience Working dynamically with missing informationMS office inc.
