Our manufacturing clients based close to Havant have an exciting opportunity for a Despatch Coordinator & Warehouse Packer to join their growing team!

We are seeking a reliable and organised Despatch Coordinator. This is a varied role combining warehouse operations, order despatch, customer documentation, and administrative responsibilities to ensure the smooth delivery of products to customers. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records, preparing customer documentation, and supporting warehouse packing activities to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules.

Required skills & experience:

* Previous experience in a warehouse, despatch, logistics or manufacturing environment would be preferred

* Strong administrative and organisational skills

* Experience using ERP systems

* Competent user of Microsoft Office Applications, including Outlook & Excel

Hours of work:
Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm
Friday – 8am – 1pm
