Develop database tools. Formulate and monitor policies, procedures and standards relating to database management. Propose and implement enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system. Works on the highest-level customers developing a personal one to one relationship with them. Location: Hybrid in Cardiff or London (Hayes)Key Responsibilities Reads and interprets monitoring stats and tune database systems and applications for optimal performance. Performs database administration activities including configuration, monitoring, space management, database backup and recovery. Assists with establishing policies and procedures pertaining to database management, security, maintenance and utilization. The compensation range for this position ranges from 52,118.00/year in our lowest geographic market up to 67,568.00/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
