What you’ll be doing:
Processing and managing customer orders from sale through to delivery
Keeping customers updated on order progress
Liaising with sales, warehouse, procurement and finance teams
Raising invoices and credit notes
Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
Resolving order queries quickly and professionally
Maintaining accurate customer and order recordsWhat we’re looking for:
Previous order processing and customer service experience
Excellent attention to detail and organisation
Confident telephone and email communication skills
Experience handling multiple customer orders
Good Microsoft Office skills
ERP/SAP experience would be an advantageWhat’s in it for you?
