An extraordinarily talented group of individuals work together every day to drive TNS' success, from both professional and personal perspectives.  Come join the excellence!OverviewSUMMARY OF ROLEThis role will involve participation at all stages of the project lifecycle, including contribution to pre‑sales and bids, requirements analysis, solution design and systems architecture, documentation, testing, implementation, and post‑implementation support.ResponsibilitiesPrincipal ResponsibilitiesProvide effort and cost estimates for new project work.Liaise with customers and internal teams to define and document system requirements.Liaise with vendors and third parties to define and document system requirements.Analyse and design technical solutions to meet user requirements and resolve issues.Conduct impact analysis and produce technical designs for changes relating to card scheme mandates (including but not limited to LINK, Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay International, DFS/Diners, American Express, JCB).Produce test documentation for new software releases, including test plans, test conditions, and test scripts, in line with TNS Test Methodology and procedures.Produce operational procedures for project-related and support-related changes.Produce implementation instructions and release control documentation.Act as a technical interface to the TNS Test Team, driving issue resolution with all required internal and external parties.
