This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape how data moves, integrates and lands across a major business change programme at ASK4.About the RoleThis is a 10-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Programme Director, you will lead the data, integration and migration workstream within a significant transformation programme. From planning and mobilisation through to cutover and early-life support, you will provide the clear direction, governance and technical oversight needed to deliver with confidence.You will work closely with data architects, solution architects, systems integrators and business subject matter experts, bringing structure to a complex landscape and ensuring data and integration capabilities are resilient, scalable and fit for purpose. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable in strategic design conversations and hands-on delivery accountability.Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of the data, integration and migration workstream end-to-end, from planning through to cutover and stabilisationDefine the strategies, standards and principles governing data cleansing, migration, integration and managementProduce detailed workstream plans, milestones, resource assumptions and delivery reportingReview and challenge supplier proposals, coordinating integration and migration work across internal teams, suppliers and business SMEsOwn workstream delivery governance including RAID management, action tracking, dependency coordination and escalation of blockersMonitor and validate integration delivery, testing progress, defect resolution and cutover readinessAdvise and influence programme leadership on risks, dependencies and mitigation strategiesGuide the creation of development and test environments, supporting robust, measurable deliverables and deployment readinessAbout YouEssentialProven experience leading complex technology or transformation workstreams from planning through to cutover and stabilisationStrong expertise in data migration, ETL processes, reconciliation and validation techniquesKnowledge of SAP ERP data models and cross-system integration challenges, with a strong understanding of ERP (ideally SAP Public Cloud) data and integration designStrong delivery management capability including milestone planning, progress reporting, issue resolution and stakeholder escalationExperience reviewing supplier solutions, technical designs and delivery approachesConfident engaging with senior stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams while balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery leadershipDesirableSAP Activate certification or working knowledge of the SAP Activate methodologyWhat We OfferSalary of £70,000£80,000Hybrid working split between our Sheffield HQ and home25 days holiday plus public holidays, with long service awardsWestfield Health Care Plan and Employee Assistance ProgrammeCompany pension with Aviva (auto-enrolment), life assurance and profit share bonus schemeCycle to Work scheme, EV salary sacrifice scheme and birthday day offRecommend a Friend scheme (£500), social events and complimentary refreshmentsAbout ASK4ASK4 is an international technology company headquartered in Sheffield, specialising in managed internet connectivity and smart building solutions for multi-tenant properties across Europe.
