Data Entry Clerk

Our client based in Lye are a well known local manufacturing company, due to a very busy order book they need four more staff in there offices, they have a need for Order Processors on an a temporary to permanent basis

Hours of Work:

37 hours per week (Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00, Friday 09.00 – 17.00)

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

1 Processing basic to highly complex prescription orders.

2 Responsible for a specific territory supporting the sales manager.

3 Handling pricing queries.

4 Develop good working relationship with internal customers to ensure effective external customer service.

5 Resolving queries with orders timely and efficiently.

6 Investigation of errors.

7 Working with a team of Associates to ensure department metrics are adhered to.

8 E Shop Orders

9 Order Processing

10 General administration.
