Data Entry Administrator 📍 Location: Rumney, Cardiff (Own transport essential) 💷 Pay: £13.00 – £13.50 per hour 🕒 Hours: 35 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 8:30am–4:30pm, 1-hour unpaid lunch)

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Data Entry Administrator to support the team with a backlog of work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong data entry skills and attention to detail. The assignment is expected to last around 12 weeks, with the potential to become a permanent role depending on business needs and performance (not guaranteed).
Key Responsibilities
High-volume, accurate data entry
General administrative duties (filing, labelling, organising)
Working with internal systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and instructions
Handling sensitive data responsibly
Essential Skills & Experience
Fast, accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
Strong numerical and grammatical ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Good general administrative skills
Ability to work as part of a team and follow processes
Must have own transport (no public transport access to site)
Must be willing to undergo a basic DBS check
