Who we're looking for

Someone with a sharp eye for design who also knows their way around well-crafted code. You notice when something's a little bit off, and you know how to fix it. You prototype, test, and iterate — working hand-in-hand with designers, strategists and creative directors to bring early ideas to life.

You're proactive and genuinely curious. You don't wait to be told what to build — you explore, make things, and share what you learn. You've got a portfolio that shows real design sensibility alongside solid technical chops.

What you'll actually do

• Turn rough concepts into polished, interactive prototypes
• Work alongside designers and strategists from day one — not just build what you're handed
• Dig into emerging tech (especially generative AI, creative coding, new interfaces) and find genuinely useful applications for brand work
• Build tools and experiments that help our teams work differently — prototypes, interactive brand behaviours, generative design systems, internal tools
• Help grow this capability across the studio — share what you find, make new tech feel accessible to everyone

You'll be a great fit if you...

Combine creative instinct with technical ability. You're as happy prototyping in code as you are sitting with a designer poking at an unfinished idea. You're curious about technology, but never for its own sake — you know exactly when it makes an idea more distinctive, more useful, or genuinely surprising.
