A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Reading is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its growing property team.

The successful candidate will handle a broad range of residential property matters, acting for a varied client base and managing transactions from instruction through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and well-regarded team with strong progression opportunities.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New-build properties
• Lease extensions and related matters
• Dealing with lenders, agents and other third parties
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation
• Providing clear and commercially focused advice to clients
• Managing matters through to exchange and completion
• Working to deadlines and maintaining strong client relationships
