This Contract Manager will be managing a number of commercial sites throughout central London specialising in hard services. The right person for this position will already have a strong working in background as a building services Contract Manager with experience in running M&E service contracts with a value of over 5 million. They will need to have come from a technical background with a mechanical or electrical qualification. They need to have a strong knowledge of health and safety and compliance and be very client focused. They will be running a team of static and mobile engineers, so we require this Contract Manager to support them technically as well as dealing with skills progression.
