Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact, whether that's arranging urgent repairs, resolving customer queries, or ensuring works are completed efficiently and on time.What you'll be doingYou'll be responsible for scheduling and coordinating engineering activities, managing changing priorities, tracking job progress and ensuring work is completed within agreed timescales. You'll work closely with engineers to confirm availability and completion dates, while also maintaining accurate records and updating schedules as requirements change. Providing excellent customer service will be at the heart of what you do, with a focus on resolving issues quickly, handling complaints professionally and ensuring customers remain informed throughout their journey.What we're looking forWe're looking for someone with previous experience in contract administration, scheduling, customer service or a similar administrative role, ideally within the gas, energy, repairs, maintenance or wider service delivery sector. You'll be a confident communicator, comfortable engaging with customers, residents, engineers and internal stakeholders alike.
