If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Contract Performance & Client Strategy will lead Corrigenda's Account Management function, driving contract performance, commercial governance, client retention, and profitable growth across a diverse portfolio of Facilities Management contracts.You will work closely with Account Managers and senior stakeholders to ensure strong financial and operational performance, effective contract governance, and the development of long-term client strategies that support contract retention and growth.Key responsibilities include overseeing portfolio profitability and forecasting, managing commercial and contractual risks, supporting contract renewals and growth opportunities, developing senior client relationships, and leading, coaching, and developing Account Managers to deliver consistently high performance.Our Ideal Head of Contract Performance & Client Strategy will have:Significant senior-level experience within Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, Engineering Services, or a similar contract-led environment.Proven experience leading contract or account performance across a portfolio of contracts.Strong commercial and contractual knowledge, including P&L management, forecasting, margin control, WIP, and cost management.Excellent client relationship, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.A track record of improving underperforming contracts and driving measurable business improvements.Experience leading and developing Account Managers or similar teams.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel as required.You will work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week; however, flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the role.
