Contracts Manager – Responsive Repairs Location: Yeovil (Hybrid – 3–4 days office/site based)Salary: Up to £58,000 + BenefitsWe are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading property services contractor delivering a long-term social housing framework.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in Responsive Repairs to take responsibility for the operational and commercial performance of a busy social housing contract. You'll oversee the delivery of responsive repairs, voids, damp & mould, disrepair, and aids & adaptations, ensuring excellent customer service while achieving contractual KPIs.Managing a team of 4 Responsive Repairs & Voids Supervisors, you'll oversee approximately 65 responsive repair jobs per day and 12 void properties per week.
