If you don't feel like you meet all of the role criteria outlined below please don't let that discourage you from applying.The Impact you will have:Identify and address safety concerns for Briggs and customers, promptly escalating issues to relevant personnel for resolution.Ensure compliance with LOLER and PUWER obligations, recommending VOR status for overdue equipment.Uphold "Safety First" values and adopts the best practices to mitigate risks for Briggs, customers, and third parties.Act as the primary contract manager for customers in your area, also covering local sites.Organize, document, and circulate action-oriented review minutes within three working days.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and internal departments for business continuity.Analyze NPS scores to identify and address areas for improvement and implement solutions.Track contract performance and profitability through tools like BE Portal, Power BI, and CPO.Identify and recover additional contractual costs, such as damage or excess hours, and propose resolutions.Identify and share potential growth opportunities with relevant stakeholders.Collaborate with credit control, service teams, and stakeholders to support debt recovery efforts.Identify process enhancements to improve business efficiency and ease of collaboration.Drive internal teams to deliver top-tier customer service, striving for satisfaction and excellenceWhat will help you to excel in this role:Ideal candidate with have demonstrable experience in contract managementAbility to judge and adapt to change of deadlines or workload to meet the needs of the customer and our business.Demonstrable customer service skills (both internal and external) and the ability to present.Significant evidence of strong IT skills (excel, word, PowerPoint) and internal systems or equivalent (if relevant)Strong IT skills, telephone etiquetteWell organised, structured and motivatedCommunication skills (interact with all levels within an organisation)Demonstrable knowledge of MHE and various contract typesWhat you can expect from us:Negotiable base salaryFuture development and career opportunities25 days holiday with an option to buy an additional 3 (over a 12 month period with t&cs)Contributory pension scheme with employer contributions up to 6%Profitshare bonus based on business performancePaycare and eyecare health schemeHigh street discountsWhat's nextIf you are interested in joining the Briggs Group then please click on the apply now button and a member of the team will be in touchNot sure if this is the right role for you?
