This role is Field based, which will require extensive travel predominantly to our Warrington, Cambuslang and Naas sites. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to support key HR initiatives, drive colleague engagement. Experience with UK & Irish Employment law is a must, Tupe's and if you have Union experience would be advantageous. You'll role will require you to build trusted relationships with Key stakeholders and colleagues alike, coach leaders on policy application, and provide insights to strengthen culture and capability.
