Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee a new Residential Development within the Mid Ulster area.

If you’re a strong leader with a hands-on approach, a good eye for quality and the drive to keep projects running safely, efficiently and on programme, we’d like to hear from you.

Role

Responsible for day to day running of the site
Coordination and supervision of all site staff and sub-contractors
Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the latest drawing, specifications and programme
Responsible for liaising with Project Managers during project life cycle
5+ years’ experience as a construction foreman
Technical and practical knowledge of construction procedures
Have a track record of successfully completing projects from start to finish
Strong organisational and decision-making skills
Full driving licence
