Product Support Specialist Telemetry, Cloud & Coffee Systems Office based/Client VisitsLocation: Wolverhampton, Dudley, Kidderminster, Kingswinford, WalsallSalary: £33k - £37k DOE, 25 days holiday, plus BH, pension MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVEThe CompanyAn established global manufacturer of premium coffee and vending equipment is seeking a Product Support Specialist to support its growing network of distributors across the UK and Ireland.This is a specialist role focused on connected coffee machines, telemetry, and cloud-based diagnosticsideal for someone who combines hands-on coffee machine experience with strong IT and data capability.The RoleYou will act as the primary technical contact for distributors, supporting connected equipment through remote diagnostics, cloud platforms, and telemetry systems.This is not a purely field service roleyoull be using machine data, push/pull communication, and cloud systems to identify faults, improve performance, and reduce downtime.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert remote support for connected coffee machinesDiagnose faults using cloud-based telemetry platformsWork with push & pull data technologies to analyse machine performanceSupport distributors with technical issues, system setup, and optimisationTranslate machine data into clear actions for engineers and customersDeliver training on telemetry systems and remote diagnostics toolsLog and manage cases via CRM/helpdesk systemsEssential Requirements (Non-Negotiable)Proven experience with professional coffee machines (diagnostics/repair/support)Experience working with cloud platforms and connected/IoT systemsStrong understanding of push and pull data communication technologiesExperience using telemetry for remote diagnostics and monitoringGood knowledge of connectivity (Wi-Fi, SIM, data networks)Customer-facing technical support experienceWhy Apply?Work with cutting-edge connected coffee technologyBe part of a data-driven, cloud-focused technical teamCombine engineering and IT skills in a specialist roleJoin a stable, globally backed business with strong growthTPBN1_UKTJ
