You will coordinate technicians, monitor vehicle progress and ensure repairs are completed efficiently, accurately and in line with customer expectations, manufacturer repair methods and agreed timescales. You will act as an important link between the workshop, management, customers and other departments, ensuring vehicles move smoothly through each stage of the repair process.
