Posting Date: 10-Aug-2026Requisition ID: 3397States/Provinces/Cities: Belfast, Buenos Aires, Hanoi, Manila, TampaLocation Type: HybridBusiness Unit: Business ProfessionalsFunction: FinanceFull Time or Part Time: Full TimeApply: Billing Analyst is responsible for providing high-quality billing services to Baker McKenzie offices worldwide, ensuring accurate invoice preparation, compliance with Firm policies, and timely delivery of invoices to clients.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, review, revise, and finalize invoices in accordance with Firm billing policies and procedures.Process time transfers, cost transfers, write-offs, and other billing adjustments as required.Manage assigned billing matters from initiation through completion, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.Maintain and update client billing information, requirements, and billing instructions.Prioritize workload effectively, identify potential issues, and escalate exceptions when needed.Collaborate with Billing & Collections teams, Functional Leaders, Partners, Personal Assistants, and other stakeholders globally.Assist in identifying and resolving billing-related issues and support continuous process improvements.Analyze billing data and complex situations to support informed decision-making.Contribute to operational excellence by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.Perform other duties and projects as assigned.Requirements, Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Liberal Arts, or a related field preferred.Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Previous billing experience preferred; experience in other Finance functions will also be considered.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team environment.Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and proactive approach to work.Confidence to raise questions and escalate issues appropriately when needed.Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to identify process efficiencies.Experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to improve productivity and support decision-making.Flexibility to work reasonable shifting schedules as requiredBaker McKenzie empowers clients to compete in the global economy.
