Working within a close-knit, supportive work winning team, you'll play a key role in the management and delivery of high-value bid submissions, working closely with the Bid Coordinator team, the Bid Manager, Head of Work Winning and the wider team to maximise the practice's success.

Key Duties

* Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to produce proposals and presentation

* materials

* Overseeing the end-to-end bid process and ensuring the bid procedures are followed correctly

* Use Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, to produce high-quality bid submissions,

* reviewing information that is provided for bids to ensure consistency and accuracy, excellent proof-reading skills are essential

* Design layouts for bids and tenders, collating relevant images and graphics for submissions

* Assist with internal bid library filing and housekeeping, including for staff CVs, project case studies and photographs, filed in accordance with practice standards

* Report on and understand the principles of winning bids and analysis with those stakeholders

Experience Required

* Excellent InDesign skills

* Strong time management and organisational skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail

* Experience with dealing with people of all levels of seniority and ability to adjust your communication style to manage your stakeholders

* Experience in bids or tenders would be great, but not essential
