The ideal candidate will be Chartered or close to achieving Chartered status, with a minimum of 5 years' UK structural engineering experience and a strong background in building structures. You will be confident managing projects, leading teams and working directly with clients, while also bringing the ambition and commercial awareness needed to help shape a growing office. A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required, along with excellent technical and communication skills.
