This is a key leadership role offering the opportunity to influence project delivery, mentor engineers, and contribute to the continued success of the expanding London office of a wider national business.The successful candidate will join a collaborative and technically strong structural engineering team working across a broad mix of sectors including education, residential, industrial & logistics, government (MoJ & MoD), leisure, hotels, commercial developments, and theatres. Projects range from complex new-build schemes to an increasing volume of refurbishment and adaptive reuse work, providing excellent technical variety. You’ll play a central role in leading project teams, managing client relationships, and driving innovative design solutions while contributing to the strategic growth of the London office.Our client is looking for a confident and commercially aware Associate Structural Engineer who is ready to step into a leadership position.
