They operate across both new-build and refurbishment schemes, with a strong reputation for providing practical, high-quality engineering solutions.The consultancy is known for its hands-on, collaborative culture, technical strength, and long-standing client relationships, offering engineers the opportunity to work across varied and technically interesting projects.Your new roleAs an Associate Director - Mechanical, you will take a senior leadership position within the business, combining technical delivery, team leadership, and client engagement.You will be responsible for leading mechanical design across multiple projects while supporting the wider growth and direction of the engineering team.
