Area Manager- FM Service Provider Central London - up to £95,000 per annumAre you an experienced FM Contract / Account Manager looking to progress into a new challenge?Do you have experience managing a large FM contract with multiple sites?A brilliant opportunity to work for an established FM Service Provider based in central London has arisen.Joselyn Search is looking an Area Manager to work for a leading FM Service Provider and manage multiple contracts across London & Home Counties. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of a P&L in the region of £4m, Extra Works in the region of £1m, the overall delivery of M&E Services across the contract and the day-to-day management of site based and mobile Engineering teams. The Ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, developing client relationships and currently be in an FM Account or Area Manager role.In return the company is offering a competitive salary in the region of up to £95,000, package and the opportunity to work for a company considered a market leader in its field.Key Duties:Act as the primary point of contact for the client, attending regular strategy and performance review meetings to address concerns and identify service gapsEnsure client satisfaction levels are at a constantly high level, leading to development of the contract to increase the portfolio/contract responsibilities.Manage the account budget, including accurate P&L and cost control.Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure contractual compliance.Ensure all sites meet all statutory, policy, and health and safety (H&S) requirements, manage audits and risk assessments.Attend strategic contractual/operational meetings with the client on a regular basis, or as required.Ensure monthly reports are produced on time detailing contractual performance, identifying variations to budgets and measures to deploy to bridge any gap.Drive engineering productivity and efficiencies to enhance the quality and speed of service to the client.Ensure successful completion of all reactive and PPM works orders to ensure timely completion and close outResponsible for managing the company's quality procedures across the portfolioRecruitment of any new staffResponsible for the development of all staff, which will include annual appraisals.Management of client relationships on a daily basis.Hours of Work & Salary£95,000 + PackageMonday to Friday8.00am 17:00pm25 days holidayRequirementsStrong Electrical or Mechanical Engineering BackgroundRecognised Engineering Management QualificationExperience of service delivery across a commercial portfolioTPBN1_UKTJ
