Architect | Surrey | £40,000–£55,000

I’m working with a long-term client who continues to develop its business and grow its team, and they’re looking to add a confident and ambitious Architect to the team.

This is a design-focused opportunity, working closely with a Director on the front end of projects.

The role would suit an Architect who is passionate about design and wants to have more input into concepts, design development and shaping projects from the early stages.

What they’re looking for:

• Experience across front-end/design stages
• Strong creative and design ability
• Confident taking ownership and contributing ideas
• Larger-scale project experience preferred
• Education, commercial or similar sector experience advantageous
• Ambitious and keen to develop

The role offers:

• £40,000–£50,000 depending on experience
• Flexible working hours
• Office-based in Surrey
• Easy train access from South London
