This is a part-time role, 18.5 hours per week , working all year round , offering the flexibility to fit your work around your life. Youll build relationships, champion progress and help apprentices reach their potential.Youll play an important role in helping apprentices overcome barriers, supporting their wellbeing , development and learning throughout their journey. With regular workplace visits youll work closely with employers, assessors and College teams to keep apprentices engaged and progressing. Youll also receive S afeguarding and Mental Health First Aid training , giving you the skills and confidence to make a genuine difference.
