Aftercare Manager
Location: North East

Your new roleWhat you’ll do:
- Organise all labour on site, including sub-contractors
- Quality control
- Work closely with the commercial team to ensure costs and retentions are managed.
- Work with our aftercare partners (Barlows) to effectively manage the aftercare procedures.
- Make sure all plant and machines are used efficiently on site.
- Setting out
- Maintaining safety records
- Keeping site records up to date
- Maintain filing system.
- Checking time sheets
- Ensure site is tidy
- Keeping safety/scaffold/plant register is up to date
- Carry out all duties in accordance with Robertson procedures
What you’ll need:
- SMSTS, First Aid at Work, Fire Marshal certificates
- UKATA asbestos awareness
- CSCS card
- Previous experience in the construction industry
- Experience in dealing with architects, engineers, clients, sub-contractors
- Ability to communicate with staff at all levels
- Health and safety awareness
- Full driving licence
